Our courses follow a hybrid model. This means some sessions are live, and some are pre-recorded. You can attend the pre-recorded sessions at your own convenience. However, we suggest all learners to attend the live sessions for immersive learning. Should you miss a live session, the same or an equivalent session shall be unlocked on your dashboard once the live Session has been conducted so that you don’t miss a thing.
If you have made the payment and you still cannot access the course, please email us about the same at support@penpaperparadiseacademy.com with the payment screenshot and the transaction ID and we will resolve your issue as soon as possible.
You don’t need to have any prior knowledge before starting any of our courses. All our courses cover fundamentals of the respective field such that even a beginner can easily follow and thoroughly understand each topic through each module.
All courses have a specific tenure. However, once the course ends, you can still access the course content recordings and the recordings of live sessions for 1 year. You can also renew your access for another year for a minimum subscription fee.
All courses follow a hybrid model. They include both pre-recorded sessions and live mentoring sessions. They also have in-depth, step-by-step guides, industry best practices and pro tips, hands-on dummy project practice, industry expert mentorship, fun learning activities, application-based certification exams, and goal-oriented career progression assistance.
Once you have enrolled in a course, you shall be assigned a batch-specific WhatsApp group where you can find your mentor active throughout the course tenure. You can also get your questions answered during the Question and Answer Sessions in the live classes conducted during the course. Learners can also ask questions in the comment section in our LMS system. Mentors review these questions weekly and biweekly to ensure all your doubts are clarified.
In case a live session is cancelled or stopped midway because of a technical glitch, Pen Paper Paradise Academy will reschedule it for you and notify you about the same in advance.
Once you have made the payment, you will receive a purchase confirmation mail. After your 1st Live Session with your mentor, you will receive access to all pre-recorded course modules, and your mentor shall instruct you about how to study each module.
The study hours for all our pre-recorded sessions are flexible. Live Sessions, Live Workshops, and Special Events have fixed timings. The Live Session schedule for every week shall be notified to you in advance. However, all live sessions will have a pre-recorded version uploaded on your study dashboard once they are conducted to ensure that you don’t miss a thing.
Yes. You will receive an instructor signed Pen Paper Paradise verified certificate on successful completion of the course. This includes full attendance of all modules, both pre-recorded and Live sessions (watched live or watched recorded anytime later), successful submission of project assignments for each week (subject to approval). It shall be easily shareable on your social media handles and can be easily added to your CV to enhance your credibility.
